Snausage


Well this is the first plate I managed to remember to take a photo of before it was ripped apart by the chef. Unfortunely it is not one of my finest moments but still kinda cool.
Items include:
French Garlic Sausage (yes...I made it!)
Potato Galette
Pickled Onion, honey, & tarragon dijon
Tomato Confit
Broccoli Rabe Pesto
Dehydrated granny smith apple chips
