Food Network Challenge - Here I Come!

Alove is a photo of my first team platter presentation for my Charcuterie class.

Items displayed include:
--Yucca chip, Green chile sausage, crushed peanuts, curried onion relish
--Walnut cheddar crackers, duck confit, arugula and cranberry mustard
--Chorizo, corn and curried onion relish empanada
--Puff Pastry, sour cream, citrus smoked cod, orange oil, dill
--Tortilla, smoked quail, ancho chili bbq, onion confiture, thyme
--Puff pastry, pesto, pancetta, cheese (not sure which kind)

I have to remember to take photos of my individual plates...they have been pretty impressive -- at least I think so :)
