Platter Design - Week 6

Here is my teams platter design for week 6.

Items include:
  • Baked potato, duck confit, ancho chili bbq, chedder cheese, sour cream
  • Cherry tomato, sauteed spinach and homemade bacon, panko with parmesan, garlic and chives
  • Smoked turkey, cranberry mustard cream cheese, cashews, watercress
  • Cucumber, capers, smoked salmon, lemon vinagrette
  • Wonton, chorizo, black beans, corn, monterrey jack cheese and sour cream
  • Eggplant, hummus, and other items
