Week 7 - Platter



  • Pâté en croûte, mousseline style comprised of pheasant in a saffron crust (main item)
  • Figs with goat cheese, apricot chutney and mint
  • Tomatos stuffed with tabbouleh and lemon zest
  • Fried eggplant with (?)
  • Green pepper, fennel, tasso ham
  • Israeli cous cous, dock confit, crème fraîche, fried tortilla
