March Birchbox Review + Coupon + Linkup

This month's theme is March Madness and Birchbox wants to help research and create the ultimate starting beauty lineup. Each box is filled with products that make the cut--from up and coming rookies to veteran all-stars. Birchbox also teamed up with Madewell on this box to offer a bonus spring patterned nail file and shopping offer.

Incoco | Nail Polish Appliqué
Eye-catching nail strips are the easiest way to get a flawless mani. $9-11
I haven't tried these out yet but I'm very excited to do so. I've been wanting to try a good quality nail strip product for months now and the available colors/patterns Incoco offers are great! I'll let ya know how they work out when I try them. I'm waiting for my nails to get a little longer first :)

Serge Normant | Meta Revive Dry shampoo
The A-list stylist created this volume-boosting mist to give second-day locks a lift. Bonus: The subtle fragrance leaves hair sweetly scented. $25
The first time I used this I was not impressed. It made my hair heavy and damp...however I think I sprayed too much and too close like I do with my other dry shampoo I use. My second attempt was much better and I was really happy with the volume it added too. My only gripe is the smell...it's not too lovely in my opinion. Somewhat reminiscent of someone's grandmothers perfume - I mean it's not horrible but could use some work.

Beauty Extra
Madewell for Birchbox | Emery Board
We teamed up with Madewell to Create this adorable mani savior, patterned after a print from their new spring collection. $5
Very cute pattern and comes in a nice little plastic sleeve so it won't catch on anything while floating around in your purse!

twistband | Headband
Keep your hair perfectly in place with these colorful elastic headbands. $19
So glad I finally got a twistband product! I love the color which complements my blonde hair nicely but my problem (as always with headbands) is that it slides off my head because of my fine hair. Not as bad as others but I figured out if I scrunch my hair or use some hairspray to give it a little grip then it works just fine.

Whish | Shave Crave Shaving Cream
The organic shea butter in this foam-free shaving cream makes for a insanely close shave and leaves skin incredibly soft. We love the exclusive blueberry scent. $20
First thing I noticed about this: the AWESOME scent!! I love it and the fact it still smells on my skin a few hours later. I was worried about the thin consistency once I slathered it on but it works like a charm. No cuts to date!

Exclusive Madewell shopping offer code for $25 off a $75 purchase in-store or online.
I think I may use this to buy my guilty pleasure I spotted a few months back...I am an orange addict!
penfield™ x madewell vassan mountain parka

Verdict:
This months box was probably my favorite I've received thus far. Lots of great all-star products that I ended up really liking (and using) and were very much worth the $10! Next month Birchbox is teaming up with Women's Health- I'm very excited to see what they have in store for us!
